Elizabeth Walker leads Global Human Resources for the CSL Group of Companies. Elizabeth is responsible for the company’s executive assessment, recruiting, leadership and managerial learning, total rewards, employee engagement, workforce relations, culture and diversity initiatives.
Elizabeth joined CSL Behring as Chief Talent Officer in 2016. Prior to joining CSL, she was Vice President Global Talent Management at Campbell Soup Company. She has more than 25 years of experience in both management consulting and human resources. She has worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services and food manufacturing.
She holds a Master of Science degree in organization development and leadership from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
